Buckethead Video From the Concert

Last night was definantly an experience for one who has only been to Country and Pop concerts in her lifetime oh and bluegrass concerts when I was a child. I come from a country background and definantly not a rock n roll background like my adorable Michael. We arrived in high fashion to downtown detroit at 7 and the doors opened at 8. While walking to the end of the line I was being stared at in not in a good way. But I asked for it. As we got to the end of the line I was relieved to know that I was with mike because there were some interesting people walking the streets of downtown D. We ended up talking to this group of guys that were pretty normal somewhat and continued talking to them until we got into the building. We got in and I was getting nervous, basically because I am used to sitting at concerts not standing in a huge group on the floor. The Majestic is actually a pretty nice building but turned emo for the nights events. I acted pretty cool and for mikes sake was not going to let my fear seap out. The first guy that got up was That One Guy. That was the name of the man. He plays an instrument he invented and it was amazing and very hard to describe he was sweet. His concert was an hour then we anxiously awaited buckethead for another hour I had already been standing for three at this point and I was getting annoyed and Mike new it because he kept looking at me though the buckethead mask and laughing and then rubbing my back. During this time there were people pushing there way into my spot. I was not going to have this so I stood my ground and said I am not moving sorry. I figured I was good because I was girl and I looked I could hold my own. (somthing new for me) Then the concert finally started and it was just as I hoped for... amazing. Mike and I kept looking at each other in agreement that it was good. 2 hours later and surrounded by head banging tripped drunks I was ready to go home. As we were standing there this acid trip comes up to mike and starts crossing himself and then crossing mike so I shove the guys hand off of Mike and tell him to keep moving (what a freak) at this point I am so hungry and my feet are killing me so I move out of the crowd and off to the side. Drunk people are stumbling by me so I decide to move to the back were I find my good friend from the line. I feel safe because he is a rather large fella. Then the concert finally ends 45 minutes later not that I wanted it to end but my feet were killing me (and I was going to wear heels... ha ha) Mike cannot find me and as I am watching this it makes me laugh because he thinks I was taken. I run up behind him and he is sweating so bad it made me laugh. We said goodbye to the friends we made and hit the road. I was falling in and out of sleep the whole ride home. We got home at three and I hit the sack with ringing ears. What a night!
