The Latzapaluza

Today was so much fun. We had a family reunion on my dads moms side and it was the Latz' hence the Latzapaluza, my uncle bob and I came up with the name. It is so good to see everyone that I never see. My aunts (my grandmas sisters) are all so funny and so differant from each other that it just really makes for an amazing time. Mike got to meet everyone today and he was so cute. My grandma handed him my cousin Beths baby willy and he held him like a hand granade it was so cute. My dad was like wow mike you look so natural... ha ha! I thought he looked adorable and for his first time ever holding a baby he was a pro! I love my aunt ruby and aunt sandy I never get to see them because one lives in virginia and the other in Germany so it is always a pleasure. My aunt evvy got to come today from the nursing home and we celebrated her birtday. Everyone kept asking her if she was ready to go and she would get the saddest face and shake her head no. Its crazy because when you have family so close your whole life and you get to the age where it is hard to move around you want to be around them so much I am sure you dont take them for ganted until you cant get out anymore, and that kind of made me sad.But she was so surprised and happy we all remembered her birthday. I had so much fun and I was sad when it was over.
